Hydraulic Motor Repair:
1. Repair of stator and rotor
Repairing of the rotor: Mild brushing and wear can be reused through deburring and grinding; serious wear can be repaired by brushing the outer circle.
Restoration of the stator: if the pin teeth are slightly roughened or worn, they can be reused by deburring and grinding; if the wear is serious, the outer diameter can be enlarged and the new pin teeth can be replaced.
2. Repair of shaft or plate
The repair of the oil distribution shaft is: light roughing and wear can be reused through deburring and grinding; serious ones can be repaired or reprocessed by brushing the outer circle.
The repair of the oil distribution plate is: deburring and grinding can be used again if the roughness and wear are severe; if it is serious, it can be used again after flat grinding and surface nitriding.
3. Repair of Plate：
Mild napping and wear can be reused by deburring and grinding
